Borders Buses is working in partnership with Bus Users Scotland and Scottish Borders Council and hosting a number of Your Bus Matters drop-in sessions across the Borders.

To coincide with the Your Bus Matters drop-in sessions, Borders Buses has launched an online survey, which is asking customers to confirm their travel requirements, rate aspects of the service and provide feedback in ways to improve bus routes, times and ticket types.

The online survey can be completed at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/BordersBuses

We are pleased to announce we plan to alter our Hawick Town bus service H1/H2 to include more areas of the town.

The decision to adjust the current timetable follows a series of discussions with local community groups, councillors and council officials.

The amends, which are subject to approval from Scottish Borders Council and the Scottish Traffic Commissioner, include extending the route in Burnfoot and serving the new housing estate in Stonefield.
